OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We currently use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship products under 2 lbs. Any package over 2 lbs, will be shipped using Fedex. Orders within the United States ship at a priority rate of $4.99. All of your shipments are tracked. We will send you tracking information via email within one (1) business day of shipment.
- Orders received Monday-Friday before 11am CST will be shipped the same day.
- Orders received Monday-Friday after 11am CST will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
If there are any problems processing your credit card, your order may be delayed.
OUR RETURN POLICY
- All products must be in the condition you received it. We will not do returns/exchanges for products that have been used or otherwise damaged.
- Hygiene Clean™ will take care of all reshipping costs for damaged or incorrect items sent. Customers must pay for return shipping if Hygiene Clean™ is not at fault.
- Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. Returns/exchanges can be processed online.
- Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.
